Eric is an accomplished online learning professional with over 15 years' experience designing and developing innovative and meaningful learning solutions that inspire and create results.

Beginning his career with a master's degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Eric immediately began his focus on digital learning and multimedia design.

After working as the Manager of Performance Consulting at Qwest Communications, Eric started Helix Knowledge in 2002 where he continues to provide premium digital learning solutions to both large and small companies in a wide range of industries.
