Sun Microsystems, the world's largest business software company, was launching a new enterprise business server within the SPARC T2 server family. To prepare technicians and support desk personnel for the rollout of this new server, in-depth technical training would be required prior to the product's public launch.

Leveraging over 2000 pages of engineering documentation and access to subject matter experts around the globe, we developed a comprehensive web-based curriculum for the SPARC T3120. Subject areas included architecture and features, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
