Administrator Training Series
Symplified, the Cloud Security Company, was growing at a phenomenal pace. To get customers and partners up to speed with SinglePoint Studio, Symplified's web-based product configuration tool, we designed and developed a series of narrated screencasts that would take a user from A to Z.
By implementing this solution, Symplified gained the ability to provide training on demand, significantly reduce knowledge transfer time, and eliminated the need to take key personnel off task to facilitate training sessions. Additionally, customers and partners enjoy the ability to access the videos online and on their own schedules.
We designed and scripted over 30 short screencast vignettes. By keeping these vignettes small in size and short on content, we achieved the maximum potential for reusability. Whether sequenced together to form a customized learning path or embedded into the online help system for quick reference, the solution proved to be clear, quick, and highly effective.
