Vericept Protect Web-Based Training

Vericept, a leading provider of comprehensive compliance and data loss prevention software solutions, needed a simpler and more visual method to educate customers and resellers. Existing classroom training proved too costly to maintain and deliver, instructional collateral was dated, and user registrations were at an all-time low.

To effectively educate new and existing clients on the functionality of this complex hardware and software solution, we worked closely with Vericept marketing personnel and software engineers to develop a robust yet concise web-based training course.

This narrated, two-hour online course features a series of scenario-based software simulations, animations of network topologies and associated data flows, and links to current technical and troubleshooting guides.
